Product Description
Sourced from vineyards planted in well-drained, gravelly soils, this Sauvignon Blanc displays aromas of ripe fig, Cape gooseberry, and passion fruit. Tropical fruit flavours are complemented by grassy undertones on the palate. Best served between 7°C and 10°C. Suggested food pairings include shellfish, seafood dishes, goat’s cheese, fresh salads, and herb-based cuisine.
