De Villiers Revez Merlot 2022

This medium-bodied Merlot is sourced from selected vineyards in the Western Cape, where clay and limestone soils contribute to balanced structure and fruit expression. It displays a bright ruby-red colour with aromas of cherry, dark berries, and subtle fynbos notes. Flavours of black cherry, plum, and blackcurrant define the palate. Serve between 15°C and 18°C. Suggested food pairings include roasted chicken, pork dishes, tomato-based pasta, and soft cheeses.
