De Villiers Revez Pinotage 2018

Produced in the Western Cape, this dry, medium-bodied red wine reflects the distinctive character of South Africa’s signature varietal. Grown in soils comprising Table Mountain sandstone, granite, and shale, it presents a dark red colour with aromas of cocoa, mulberry, and plum. The palate offers notes of juicy red fruit complemented by earthy undertones. Best served between 10°C and 15°C. Suggested food pairings include red meat, roast chicken, and roasted vegetables.
